These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Get Money ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Get Money website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. The 2% Success Fee Structure

Our platform operates on a success-based fee model for specific services. By opting into our guided application services, you agree to pay a 2% success fee of the total sanctioned amount (loan, grant, or scholarship) only if your application is successful.

• The maximum success fee charged will be ₹5,000.
• This fee is payable only after the sanctioned amount is disbursed to your bank account.
• Failure to pay the success fee within 15 days of disbursement may result in legal action or suspension of your account.

3. Subscriptions

We offer a "Basic" subscription tier billed at ₹49 per month. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

4. Limitation of Liability

We act as an aggregator and guide for government schemes and loans. We do not guarantee the approval of any loan, grant, or scholarship, as the final decision rests solely with the respective government bodies and financial institutions.
