Thank you for choosing Get Money. We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our platform and services. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly "Basic" subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard and navigating to the billing settings.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • You will retain full access to your subscription benefits until the billing cycle ends.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because our digital services are provided instantly upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for the "Basic" subscription tier (₹49/month). However, refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error.

3. Success Fee Refunds

The 2% success fee is only paid after you have successfully received your sanctioned loan or scholarship. Because this fee is outcome-based, it is strictly non-refundable once paid.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
